From Watamula to the World Cup, Curaçao Unveils Its Adidas Home Kit
Curaçao unveils its adidas home kit for the 2026 World Cup.
Curaçao has never been on this stage before, but now they're officially ready for the moment.
Adidas, the Federashon di Futbòl Kòrsou, and Voetbalshop.nl released the home jersey for the Blue Wave ahead of their first World Cup appearance. For an island with a population under 150,000, just qualifying is a massive achievement. Showing up in a kit this considered makes it feel even more real.

Blue base. Yellow accents. White crest. Those are the national colors, sky, sun, and sea built into the fabric. Waves run down both sleeves as a nod to the team's nickname.
Curaçao made a deliberate choice to put the country's name everywhere. "Curaçao" sits across the back of the jersey in national colors with wave detailing. It also appears on the socks. For a nation stepping onto the global stage for the first time, visibility was a priority. You will know exactly who is on the pitch.
A multi-color collar, colored trim on the shorts, and fold-over sock cuffs round out a kit that punches well above what you might expect from a debutant.
FFK President Gilbert Martina explains the details this way: the waves represent the island's geography and its people. From Watamula on the western tip to Oostpunt on the east, water defines life on Curaçao. Now it defines how they show up at a World Cup.

Curaçao will debut its away kit first, on May 30 in Scotland. The home kit gets its first run June 6 against Aruba on home soil.
