Chris Banfield attributes his love for the game to his dad | Toma Stories

Chris Banfield hated soccer as a kid, then a trip to Trinidad, his father's home country, changed it. Kids barefoot in the street, playing for nothing but love of the game. He came home a different player.

Now the left winger makes something out of nothing. He plays for the love, and he attributes much of his success to his dad's coaching. He is taking it from a cage under the MARTA tracks in Atlanta to the Nike TOMA North America Final in New York.

Watch what he does in tight spaces. This is his journey, in his words and his father Anton's.
